UserVoice is a service for gathering feedback and providing helpdesk services for your customers.

To integrate UserVoice activity visible in your flow:

  1. From the gear icon next to your flow's name, select Settings.
  2. Hover over the UserVoice section and click Add new.
  3. Follow the instructions in the pop-up. If a pop-up does not display, check the blocker settings in your browser.
  4. Select the UserVoice events that you want to get activity from and click Connect.

    Change the UserVoice events that you want to follow from the Configure link next to your UserVoice account in the Inbox Settings.
