To set up SupportBee to send notifications to your flow:
- Visit the Flowdock App Page on SupportBee.
- Click Add to My SupportBee. You may be asked to enter your SupportBee subdomain.
- On the settings page, enter your CA Flowdock API token. You need to log in to see your flows and API tokens.
- You can selectively enable and disable notifications for specific actions, such as new tickets, replies, and comments.
- Click Save.
Your SupportBee activity should now be visible in your flow.
