SupportBee is an app for managing customer support emails.

To set up SupportBee to send notifications to your flow:

  1. Visit the Flowdock App Page on SupportBee.
  2. Click Add to My SupportBee. You may be asked to enter your SupportBee subdomain.
  3. On the settings page, enter your CA Flowdock API token. You need to log in to see your flows and API tokens.
  4. You can selectively enable and disable notifications for specific actions, such as new tickets, replies, and comments.
  5. Click Save.

    Your SupportBee activity should now be visible in your flow.
