Release Traceability

The Release Traceability app displays basic information and relationships between user stories and their related tasks, test cases, and defects for a given release.

Release Traceability

Features include:

  • View the plan estimate and state of user stories in the release, with tables of associated work items underneath
  • View the state of associated tasks
  • View the state of associated defects
    • Open defects display in red
    • Closed defects display in green
  • View the state of associated test cases
    • Test cases with a most recent test case result verdict of Fail display in red
    • Test cases with a most recent test case result verdict of Pass display in green
  • Click the name of a user story, task, defect, or test case to navigate to the item's detail page
  • Select past and future releases using the Release drop-down menu at the top of the app
  • Print the app contents using the Actions menu
  • Use the Auto Height setting to automatically adjust the vertical space of the app based on the amount of visible data
