Go to status.rallydev.com and subscribe via email to be notified of any incidents or scheduled downtime.

Also, join the Critical Incidents group in the CA Agile Central Community to stay updated on root cause analyses following any outages. These are typically posted about two weeks after an incident to allow for a complete post-event retrospective. Accessing the CA Agile Central Community is quick and easy!

To sign up:

  1. Navigate to https://rallycommunity.rallydev.com/register
  2. Complete the self service registration form and check your email to set your password.
  3. After setting your password, contribute to the community!
  4. You can join the Critical Incidents group by clicking here and clicking Join.
