Where can I give feedback or suggest a feature?

Can I use Flowdock on the desktop?
Yes. Flowdock works with all major browsers. Mac OS X and Windows users can also use a Flowdock desktop app.
Can I use Flowdock on mobile?
The Flowdock web UI should also be usable on most mobile platforms. Direct your mobile browser to flowdock.com/app.
Can I install Flowdock on my own server?
No. Flowdock is designed to be a highly scalable service in the cloud. We may consider adding the option for very large clients with thousands of users. If you are interested in such an installation, contact email@example.com.
Is my data secure in Flowdock?
All data is written to multiple disks on multiple servers nodes simultaneously. All of our server environments are built to be completely fault tolerant, reliable, and resilient. All physical locations are highly protected and only authorized personnel can access them.
Flowdock's data is stored in Amazon Web Services in the United States. We have multiple global endpoints to provide users with low latency access to Flowdock.

How can I get news about Flowdock?
Can I export all my data if I decide to stop using Flowdock?
Yes. You can export your 1-to-1 messages and flows' contents by opening your Export data page. When you export your data, you will receive an email message with a link to the data once the export is complete.
Does Flowdock have an API?
Yes. See the Flowdock API documentation.
What if I can't login?
If you are unable to log in with your password or have never set one, you can set it from your account page. Make sure you use the same email address that you used to sign up. If your company uses single sign-on, your administrator may have disabled the ability to log in with a password.
What does CA Flowdock cost?
All organizations get a free 30-day trial. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, you pay $3 per user, per month. We will bill you on the same day each month based on the amount of users in your organization on that day.
Are there any other fees?
No. You pay $3 per user per month. You can optionally set an upper limit of users for your subscription that will not be exceeded unless you raise or remove the limit.
We have six users. How much do we pay?
$18 per month. If you have more than 5 users, you pay $3 per user per month.
Do I need to make a long-term commitment?
No. We charge you once a month for the following month's subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and we will not bill you again.
Can we get it for free?
If you have a team with 5 people or fewer, you can use CA Flowdock for free. If your organization is a non-profit or have a student project, you can make your case by visiting our community page for support.
What payment options do you have?
For accounts with fewer than 100 users, we only offer credit card as a payment option. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB cards.
I'm a CA Agile Central customer. Do I get a discount?

Can someone without access to CA Flowdock get a URL to one of the posts and still see that content?
No. To access any of your data, a CA Flowdock user account and membership of your CA Flowdock organization is required.
Can we back up our discussions and files from CA Flowdock?
All CA Flowdock company accounts may export their data in a simple structured data format, including all uploaded files in their original condition. Use this feature whenever you want to back up the data that is stored in CA Flowdock.

Can I see when users have logged in to CA Flowdock?
Organization administrators can see when a user has last been active from the organization’s Users list on the account page.
Where is the data hosted?
Data is hosted in Amazon AWS in the US. We use multiple availability zones and regions for high availability.
CA Flowdock will not move this data to another jurisdiction without informing our customers. CA Flowdock is Safe Harbor certified.
Is our data secure?
Your data is stored in a high-security computer server environments protected by 24/7 surveillance and accessible only by authorized personnel. These establishments feature guaranteed uninterrupted power supply, climate control, and fire detection and protection. The physical location of the servers is not disclosed. Your data is backed up to multiple different physical locations with equal level of security. The functionality of the network is secured by multiple redundant connections to ensure access to your data. For more information about our privacy practices, see our Privacy Statement.
Is data encrypted?
All connections to CA Flowdock’s servers are encrypted using standard SSL encryption and all connections between the servers and data centers within CA Flowdock’s environment go through a secure VPN.
Full disk encryption is used on the servers. All passwords are stored encrypted and salted.
Does CA Flowdock scan files that are uploaded into the system for viruses?
No, CA Flowdock does not currently scan shared files for viruses. CA Flowdock is used and accessed by employees within a company. We rely on virus scans within your organization to ensure that files do not have viruses.
